To initiate a refund, follow the steps at How to Request a Refund within 14 days of the date of your initial subscription purchase. We’d love to hear your feedback on how we can improve, or where things went wrong. We will process the refund as quickly as possible. However, Braintree or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to appear in your bank/card account.
